  • Type of device, i.e., phone, tablet, television and so forth.
  • What make is it? i.e Dell Inspiron laptop.
  • Symptoms of error. Does the device turn on? Does it respond to input?
  • Are there any error codes, sounds or flickering lights?
  • How long the problem has persisted.
